Primary Concern

To build the liturgical and spiritual life of the parish and parishioners.
Terms of Reference: What we are to achieve
A richer spirituality and more meaningful prayer life in individuals, families and our parish.
Promote a dynamic, vibrant and participative liturgy.
Create an environment that is spiritually edifying and conducive for worship.

Possible areas of Concern

Promote greater participation in Liturgical celebrations through training of the choir, provision of adequate hymnbooks for parishioners, ensure the installation of audio-visual equipment in the Church and an effective P. A. System.
Train all other liturgical ministers.
Provide enough vestments and vessels for priests and altar.
Improve the dressing of the altar servers, and other liturgical ministers.
Improve on the Children’s Service/ Mass.
Introduce quarterly spiritual programs in the parish
Children to join adult at Mass at least once a month.
Assist to keep the sacristy clean and orderly
Put enough directional signs in the sacristy to guide all liturgical ministers so that all conform to the rubrics in dressing and decorum during liturgical celebration.
Enough directional signs in the church lobby to guide all worshipers on the proper decorum during liturgical celebrations.
Work towards Procuring a good Digital Pipe Organ and engage competent organist.
Improve facilities inside the Church to make it more conducive for worship..

Liturgy

Liturgy is the customary public worship performed by Catholics. As a religious phenomenon, liturgy represents a communal response to and participation in the sacred through activity reflecting praise, thanksgiving, supplication or repentance.

Worship

Worship is an act of religious devotion usually directed towards a deity.(In Our case..GOD ALMIGHTY). An act of worship may be performed individually, in an informal or formal group, or by a designated leader or Priest. Such acts may involve honoring.

Outreach

Outreach is the activity of providing services to any population that might not otherwise have access to those services. A key component of outreach is that the group providing it is not stationary, but mobile: it involves meeting someone in need of an outreach service at the location where they are.
