Primary Concerns:

To ensure that all structures and facilities are properly maintained and upgraded as and when due; and that new quality facilities are provided at the best price.

What we want to achieve

All facilities in the Parish functioning in top condition
All facilities protected from bad use and destruction
Ensure regular periodic maintenance of all facilities

Identify and engage reliable technicians for routine maintenance of the various facilities in the Parish

Maintenance work on Marian Grotto

Office area and equipment
Work on Chapel

You would agree with me the routine maintenance on this huge edifice is not a small task alongside all other facilities that makes it what it is.

Essential maintenance tasks can easily fall through the cracks when you’re relying on a staff that comes and goes. Not every church is run like a large organization – and while some can afford dedicated maintenance teams, others have to work with a team of volunteers to get the job done.

But in Ascension we don’t wait for things to et out of hands before we do the needful, we do on demand and routine maintenance to the glory of God.
