Seek all avenues of promoting sense of community, well-being and economic advancement of parishioners.
Promote membership and life in the Zonal Communities
Seek Empowerment and financial freedom for parishioners
What to Achieve: A socially and spiritually connected parish community concerned about the well-being of its members.
Possible areas of concern:
Promote and strengthen Small Christian Communities (ZONES)
Plan empowerment programmes
Establish Employment bureau to open channels for gaining employment for parishioners,
Organise leadership training for all Church leaders
Organise business seminars,
Introduce parishioners to professional bodies,
Network parishioners to jointly undertake business or business partnership
Provide advocacy for marginalised parishioners where possible
Seek amicable settlement of disputes among parishioners
